About Me

I didn’t begin my career seeing myself as a leader. In fact, for years I carried a quiet lie from childhood that told me I wasn’t worthy, that I wasn’t someone people stayed for or believed in. Even as mentors, supervisors, my father, and my wife all spoke truth into me, that old voice drowned them out.

Everything began to change when I finally confronted that lie head‑on. Through reflection, therapy, and the unwavering honesty and grace of my wife, I dismantled the belief that had held me back for decades. And once it fell, I could finally see what others had seen all along — that I could lead not by being larger‑than‑life, but by being fully myself.

I discovered that leadership isn’t about rank, charisma, or personality. It’s about character. It’s about caring for people, investing in them, and helping them rise. It’s about living up to the potential you’ve been given so you can help others reach theirs.

And once I understood that, I knew my purpose:
I am meant to be a river, not a reservoir.
Everything poured into me — the training, the mentorship, the grace, the second chances — was meant to flow outward into others.
Because when people are invested in, they rise. And when they rise, they lift others with them.

That’s why I develop leaders.
That’s why Crosstown Consulting exists.

My mission is simple: help people feel seen, valued, and equipped — and prepare them to do the same for others. Leadership is not innate. Leadership is developed. And when it’s developed well, it transforms individuals, teams, and entire organizations.
