Anthony has more than 30 years of management and leadership experience in the military, private sector, non-profit, and educational realms.

At almost every level he has worked in, he has been recognized and awarded for his ability to manage teams and lead them to excellence. He has over 10 years of teaching experience leading credit classes, customized corporate training, seminars, and workshops. He is an educator, leader, and keynote speaker.

Most importantly, he is deeply passionate about helping individuals and businesses tap into their potential, develop new capabilities, and new opportunities to grow and excel. This is why he started Crosstown Consulting and pours himself into providing leadership and management training solutions for growing businesses.

He and his wife, Alicia, have been together for 32 years.
He has a B.S. in Aviation Management and Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and an M.S. in Instructional Systems Design from Saint Leo University.
